Housing Programs

We offer housing services to HIV+ and HIV- individuals

At STAP, our housing programs are designed to help individuals achieve and maintain safe, stable housing while accessing vital healthcare and community support. We offer rental assistance, case management, and supportive services tailored to meet the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS, individuals who are unstably housed or facing eviction, and high-need Medicaid recipients. Do I Qualify?

Ask yourself the following:

Do you have HIV or AIDS?

  • If yes, are you currently homeless, unstably housed, or facing eviction?
  • If yes, you may qualify for HOPWA or AI MRT housing support.

Do you receive Medicaid?

  • If yes, are you currently homeless or facing eviction or court-ordered eviction?
  • If yes, and you’ve had 5 or more ER visits in the past 12 months, or are considered a high Medicaid user, you may qualify for supportive housing through our MRT program.
  • If you’ve had fewer than 5 ER visits and are not a high utilizer, you may not meet the criteria.
